Transferring MFX locomotives
Locomotive data deleted
I deleted all the locomotive data in the ECoS and then wrote it back in from the TrainController. Now all the locomotives have the system name from the TC's locomotive database.

Register MFX locomotives in ECoS first
In this post Mr. Freiwald described the correct procedure as follows.
- MFX locomotives cannot be made ready to run by transferring them from TrainController to the ECoS database.
- MFX locomotives must always be registered directly in ECoS first and can then be transferred to TrainController - but never the other way around.
